Nathalie started her practice of Yoga in 2009 and it quickly became a passion.
She could notice all the benefits on her physical and mental health, becoming calmer and more balanced.

Feeling a deep heart attraction and curious to know more about Yoga, she signed up in 2017 for a 200 hours teacher training by SVYASA – Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandana Samsthana, in Singapore, and started to give Yoga classes to friends and community centers to the elderly.

Willing to learn more, a year later she registered for another 200 hours teacher training based on alignment, with Space and Light Yoga at Como Shambala.
Continuing to get more knowledge, she has completed a Yin Yoga certification, a kids yoga certification and currently she is learning Yoga therapy.

To strengthen her teaching and practice, she constantly follows workshops in the field of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and sound healing. Her goal is to reach as many as possible people with Yoga, for them to enjoy all the benefits in their bodies, mind, life and relationships. Thus all of them can feel grounded, become

Dr. Jeff Lou

Dr. Jeff Lou

Senior Yoga Teacher, eRYT500, TCM practitioner, Healer

Jeff started his yoga and meditation practice with his mother when he was 8 years old. Over this time he has studied and practiced extensively in styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Yin, Anusara and Vinyasa. Yoga to Jeff is a pathway to self-love and self-acceptance, he believes only by knowing who you are, can you truly understand the world around you, thereby living in harmony with-in and with-out; and every other ‘physical improvements’ that comes with yoga are just the icing on the cake.

Jeff is also a qualified and registered doctor/therapist in other healing modalities like Acupuncture, TCM, Shiatsu, Remedial massage, Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy.  Jeff is a registered senior yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, ERYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and a Full member and Senior Teacher Training Faculty with IYTA for their International Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training and Yin Yoga Training Series.

In Jeff‘s classes, alignment, form and intention are emphasised. A steady practice where mind and body are equally important and responsible for reaching a level of mental peace and relaxation, while maintaining postures that may present a physical challenge to the practitioner. This is the very essence of equanimity that yoga teaches us to manoeuvre through life’s many situations.
